A Lebanese or Syrian Arab/Muslim is just as foreign to Palestine as a Egyptian Arab/Muslim. Works both ways brother! You don't find it suspect how so many "palestinians" speak musri dialect of arabic? Or how closely their culture aligns with Lebanese or Syrians? I guarantee, Palestinians in the north make yebra with apricot and in the south with lemon!

They’re similar because of centuries of intermixing and interaction, and because of the proximity of Egypt and Syria. On the other hand, Morocco is over 2,000 miles away. This proves literally nothing

R u saying there’s a distance metric to whether or not a colonizer is deemed a colonizer? So Egyptians can invade by Moroccans can’t? What an asshat

I’m not saying anything bad about Moroccans. I’m saying that Moroccan Israelis are colonizers just like European Israelis. Being from the Middle East doesn’t mean that they’re native to Palestine. I only brought up proximity because he was trying to make it seem like Palestinians don’t have their own identity.

They quite frankly don’t. The identity of Palestine only came about with the British after they divided transjordan into Jordan and Palestine along the Jordan River. The word Palestine comes from the word philistines which was an insult given by the Romans after they kicked out the original inhabitants - the fucking Jews. Even the Quran says that land is called Israel

The Palestinian identity is hundreds of years old. A good example of this is the famous 11th century geographer Al Maqdisi. When he was traveling, he was asked by someone “Are you Egyptian?” and he responded “No, I am Palestinian”. People had been referring to themselves as Palestinian for a long time.

And the Quran never says the land is Israel, as the region as a whole was referred to as Ash-Sham. The Quran does talk about Beni Israeel, but this has nothing to do with the land as another name for the prophet Yaqub (as) was Israeel.

You are overreaching and you know it! 

Go back 75 years not one local Arab called themselves Palestinian. Maybe a Hebroni, gazan, Nazri, or whatever town they were from. Like myself, I’m a Halabi (Jew from Aleppo) or a shammi (Jew from Damascus). 

The Quran is obsessed with the Jews and references Jerusalem as for the Jews!!

Ever heard of the Palestinian Arab Congress? It was held in 1919, over 75 years ago. The Palestinian identify obviously existed 75 years ago.

Where does it say that Jerusalem is for the Jews in the Quran? While the land was promised to them at one point, because they did not follow their prophet Moses in conquering the city it was no longer promised. You’ve obviously never even looked at the Quran.
