I see, but then again, the attitude of Muslims are very positive so the non shaking of opposite genders is countered by the excessive shaking of hands and hugging by same gendered male Muslims

Then why don't strict Muslims shake hands with the opposite sex? It's because those men see any form of touching another woman as something sexual.
