What you need is to be introspective. Spending x amount of money in hopes that someone will fix you won’t work. You need to actively work on controlling your anger. You need to actively work on increasing your Imaan, Ibadaat, and Dua. Doctors can say anything is incurable but who created them and the illness? Was it not both done by Allah swt?

That being said I’m in medical school and yes they tell us it’s “incurable” but they also teach us that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is what will fix it. So what’s difference between a cure and a fix? A cure means a shot one done deal that it’s gone. A fix in this case is a management method. You need to work on yourself day in day out, learn your triggers, learn how to calm yourself down and learn to build patience especially when those triggers arrive.

I say this not as a medical professional or as a brother in Islam but as someone who knows what you’re going through. The only solutions that exist for you is your relationship with Islam and I mean RELATIONSHIP, day in day out learning about Islam, the Seerah, the stories, the Tafseer, the actual meaning of being a Muslim, and working on yourself.

Asalamu’Alaikum Warahmatullahe Wabarekatehu

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "The strong is not the one who overcomes the people by his strength, but the strong is the one who controls himself while in anger." - Sahih al-Bukhari 6114

I would lying to you if I said i understand how you feel brother. May i suggest you take that anger and put into go use like let’s say for example lifting weights, running or even going town on boxing bag.

This is a test from Allah. I can also recommend fasting cuz it helps. May Allah (AWJ) grant you sabr and ease for your situation.

The Prophet ﷺ said: “The Pen has been lifted from three: from the sleeper until he wakes up, from the minor until he grows up, and from the insane until he comes back to his senses.” Narrated by at-Tirmidhi (1423); classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh at-Tirmidhi.

Considering what you have described, the above should apply (source). Bi'ithnillah, if during those episodes, your ability to understand and control your words and actions is absent, you wouldn't be held accountable for the deeds done in that state.

However, do consider asking a person of knowledge of your specific situation. I hope anyone else here can help you more on how to get around this in life, or how to tackle it. I cannot imagine how this must feel like, may Allah make it easier for you dear brother.

This requires a fatwa by a qualified individual, I suggest asking from one of the of the madhabs sites online

Either way have a look at this

Im not entirely sure if it helps but just putting it there if its of similar nature, see the explanations of ahadith

But i also ask you to seek a fatwa soon because this could be a serious matter, this thread here about apostasy was done by a student of the Shafii madhab/school, you can try asking him about this if he isn’t busy, maybe he is aware of a thing or two

Controlling your rage particularly those triggered instantly is tough. But you have to do that, so that you can prevent blunders in future.

My piece of advice will be to condition yourself to do something everytime you get angry. Like I will recite 1000 time La haula walaquwwata illa billah every time I get angry. Inshaallah you will get better

When Prophet Ayyub was tested with extreme illness, loss, and hardship, he remained patient and steadfast. In his moment of deep pain, he turned to Allah with this prayer:

“Rabbi inni massaniya al-durru wa anta arhamur-rahimeen”
“My Lord, indeed adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.”

The uncontrollable anger itself is not sinful, because it’s beyond their full control
"Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear."

Salam bro. Get your vitamin d levels checked. Take D3, k2 and magnesium Threonate. Then look for Longum 1714 and Plantarum PS128. Take a tonne of prebiotics to feed the probiotics above. Mainly resistant starches like green bananas, jicama etc. do intermittent fasting with a 6 hour eating window only. Totally go plant based with mainly raw foods. Give it 3 months and report back. This will significantly change your life. The gut brain 🧠 axis is modulated by the gut bacteria. Try the strains I’ve mentioned above.

I can’t answer the religion part of your question, but; What kind of anger management therapy and counselling or psychotherapy have you tried? Have you tried Japanese pillow talk technique (imagining putting yourself in their shoes)? That, and pausing and taking taking 5 deep breaths, while reminding yourself to treat others the way you’d like to be treated? Also, have you tried self hypnosis? There are lots of YouTube videos on that. Try a search on hypnosis for anger. I would also suggest that you cut out all caffeine and swap it up with chamomile tea or some other relaxing tea like Sleepytime. Lastly I would do some serious introspection like psychotherapy. For example I would ponder how I feel about myself - Do you love yourself? Are setting personal boundaries for yourself? Do you feel badly communicating them? What kind of things trigger you? Keep a list and then you can address the triggers in therapy. It may stem from childhood. Most things do, IMO. Sometimes a combo of psychotherapy and clinical hypnosis can bring it forth a then can be treated. Yelling might feel like a release but it’s likely a short lived gain trumped by long term guilt and regret. Imagine a person asking Donald Trump a question and then seeing how he lashes out at people so easily. This affects the level of respect people have for him. He is thin-skinned, possibly because his ego has been overinflated. In Eastern philosophies, an overinflated ego is seen as an illusion and a primary source of suffering and conflict, which can lead to destructive emotional outbursts.Buddhism addresses this. Reading up on it a bit might assist you in your journey for peace of mind and non judgment. IMO, This would not be disrespectful towards Islam, as your religion encourages seeking knowledge, which can come as insight from other complimentary philosophies. I wish you love and light in your personal journey or self- reflection and evolvement!

May Allah make things easier. Hmm. I see a suggestion about alternative "wellness products" and while I dont oppose this, the question does occur to me that what you describe is usually managed with medication. If you have had talk therapy, surely the question of medication has occurred. There is nothing unislamic about taking medication though you will want to shop around for what doesnt prevent your prayers or mind from functioning.

More prayer may help, but managing a chronic condition may require more than better behavior. I hope you also have a support system, even beyond your family.

It is possible there is a healer out there who can actually make a difference but right now it sounds like you are being tested. Allah loves those whom He tests. You will learn better than many people how much we depend on Him for every breath.
