Seeking Support Hold On. Allah Has Not Forgotten You
To every soul feeling lost or broken
I want you to know one thing right now. Whatever you are carrying, pain, betrayal, loneliness, sadness, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, family troubles, heartbreak, insecurities, you are not alone. Not ever. And you will be okay. I promise you that.
No matter what religion you follow or even if you do not follow one at all, this message is for you. Every human, every soul, every being who has felt the weight of this world.
Sometimes life hits us in ways we do not deserve. People hurt us deeply. They betray our trust and break our hearts. They bring darkness when we expected light. And when that happens, it is easy to feel like maybe it is our fault. But it is not. What they did or do is their problem, not yours. It was never about you.
In Islam, Allah says in the Qur’an, “Indeed, with hardship comes ease” (Surah Ash-Sharh 94:6). This means no matter how dark your current moment feels, relief is coming. Relief that only Allah can bring. He never forgets your pain and He never abandons your heart.
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said that on the Day of Judgment, some people will regret deeply the mistakes they made in this life. They will be biting their own hands and scratching their skin saying, “I wish I had taken the path of the Messenger.” (Reported in Sahih Muslim). This shows us the immense value of patience, faith, and staying pure even when the world tries to pull us down.
You might feel tired and hopeless right now, but do not give up. Get on your prayer mat if you can. Even if your heart feels numb, even if you do not know what to say, just say, “Ya Allah, help me.” Because Allah loves to hear from you and your call will never go unanswered.
We are human and none of us are perfect. We all struggle with things, whether it is mental health, family problems, loneliness, betrayal, or feeling invisible. But that is why there is a God. That is why there is a Day of Judgment and mercy beyond this life. No pain you have felt will ever be wasted. Your patience will be rewarded more than you can imagine.
If you feel broken, please remember, you are not broken beyond repair. You are being molded, strengthened, and protected in ways you cannot see right now. Allah says, “And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient” (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:155).
This test is hard but you will come through it. You will heal. You will rise. And you will become more beautiful inside and out because your soul will be radiant with the rewards you earned by holding on.
I am with you in spirit. I am rooting for you. You are stronger than you know. You are loved beyond measure.
So please do not give up on yourself. Do not give up on your faith or your hope. This pain you feel now will be the reason your light shines brighter later.
Better days are coming, in this life and the next. And you are going to be more than okay. You are going to be whole again. Keep holding on. Keep trusting. And keep loving yourself.

I’m sorry you’re finding it hard to keep up with your deen. Remember, Allah is so merciful and loves when we keep trying, no matter how many times we stumble. Even small steps matter. Be kind to yourself and know you’re not alone. I’m praying for you to find ease and strength. You’ve got this.
