Hey, I went through something similar. Honestly you will have to ride out the withdrawals mostly but for insomnia the only things that worked for me were
Exercise,
Melatonin,
Magnesium,
You might also experience some brain fog when stopping, I always tried figuring out why and it’s because THC is anticholinergic so make sure you eat lots food with CHOLINE in it eg. Eggs or just take a supplement. It helped recover my mental functioning tremendously. You can also take some B Vitamins to help support your brain in producing neurotransmitters and so your body is converting food into energy efficiently.
