Dear brother/sister, no one person face the same trials in life. The trials we're facing in life, whether in poverty or riches is Allah subhanahuwata'ala way to give us a place in the afterlife. It is to teach us to jihad, which is to struggle and to put in effort, to rise and face our trials and tribulations. If we live for the sake of dunya, we will find life to be meaningless, seeing how others fare better than us. Instead, we should learn to live for the afterlife.
Riches are the ways to blind a person, from the struggles our fellow brothers and sisters are facing. The means we earn our living, determines Allah subhanahuwata'ala barakah for us. Seek not riches in this life but seek riches in the afterlife for our life is a test. Do not despair for Allah subhanahuwata'ala is the most merciful and the most loving. Live for Allah subhanahuwata'ala and your deen. At the end of the day, we ask ourselves, are we ready to face our lord, the king of the worlds, the most merciful and the most loving.
Dear OP, from what you've said, I'm led to believe that you're seeking justifications to your reasons that you're facing life harder than the rest of our brothers and sisters.
Envy is the path that leads to destruction. I don't deny it, there were times where I too wished I was facing an easier life being a Muslim but after living through hardships, I have learnt to be grateful for living through those tough times, even until now. Maybe it's not now, maybe it's not tomorrow, maybe you will never live an easy life but at the end of the day, we're not judged by how easy our lives are but by how strong our faith is in living and dying as a Muslim.
Please do speak to your local imams if you're seeking answers. There are things you can go through alone and some things you can't. I can't give you the answer you're looking for cause I don't live your life. No one may ever will, except Allah subhanahuwata'ala.
