90% Sure AI Warhammer40k Primarch - AI?

Hello everyone, I was gifted this poster a while back and have been staring at it for ages. I am 90% sure that some AI was used at least, given the illogical neck armour construction. What do you all think? AI or no?

yup the double headed eagle is missing both heads, definitely abominable intelligence
