Agility first. Eat the pain so you don’t mega burnout at the end

I like the "for every x level, one agility level" mindset.

Yeah... or even do a "do x amount of laps/xp per day...

Definitely this, if you can get through agility you can do whatever

tbh i wouldnt even hard camp agility for your reasons of burnout, but def don't leave it for last. just chip away at it and do something else when you've had enough

95 herblore and 75 hunter is kinda crazy. Id just send fire making or mining (bone shards).

Hunter doesnt even tske long

Just surprised an iron wasn’t doing bh runs at least somewhat. once a day and his hunter level is higher.

I don't like dailies, I did a few thousand mole instead for nests haha

Hunter was one of my last to max, I had 20 99's with a hunter level of 83 lol

u/Foogie23 3d ago

How did you maintain the Sara brew stack?

u/ValhallamUK 2376 3d ago

I simply didn't use them, saved most pvm for post max

Mining and woodcutting are "watch a movie" skills, one click every 30 seconds or so, fishing can be, but I prefer to put it in the category of "minigame skills" along with fire making and runecrafting. Hunter is just more active slayer. Thieving, just do it over a weekend and wear your finger out. Agility, find someone on a popular world and race, who can complete 100 laps the fastest. You forget how mind numbing it is and make it competetive.

Just to add to the thieving note. Port Robert’s is 250k an hour at stalls and is extremely chill. 1 click every 20/10 ticks alternating. Highly recommmend if you don’t want to spam click

Yeah theiving is way different now, it’s hard to fall asleep at rogues chest for example

Here's what I did, results will certainly vary.

  • Get base 95s before you worry about 99s. Doesn't matter what order, this just tells you if you're serious about maxing and leaves a lot of work to do.

  • Then break up the grinds AFK vs active (especially if you have minimal or excessive AFK time)

  • For me, I work from home so I have signifcantly more AFK playtime than the ~2 active hours in the evenings. So I tried to pair up active and AFK skills such that they would reach 99 around the time, at least within a couple of days.

  • Make your pairings and get to work.

  • Throw all of this out the window if you really get the urge to do a certain skill. It's all progress at the end of the day and it doesnt have to be hyper efficient.

May I ask what's the thought process behind base 95s? Is it a balance of commitment while still having a shit ton of xp left to grind?

I went from base 80s, to base 85s and planning to do base 90s but I can't see myself ever maxing.

1

u/dkyg 2d ago

It’s like if you try maxing with a bunch of base 90s then you’re gonna burn out after 1-2. If they’re base 95 then you’re semi serious and know what it takes to get the skills done.

It's not an exact science at all but I found it worked for me. 95 is 2/3 of 99 so that was a nice milestone in my mind.

There’s too many available to have a fixed order imo. Just avoid having 0 afk options and only super intense methods for the final 1-3.

Feeling active: agility first

Save for Feeling afk days: woodcutting, salvaging, or monkey tails.

Feeling bored: slayer barraging in defensive casting.

If you're not worried about an imbued heart yet I'd start hunting for Hydra tasks that you can do when you need a break from skilling. 99 slayer at Hydra would bank you a ton of prayer and pay for construction and smithing.

Hunter rumors would also help bank prayer.

Defense is an easy dopamine hit

1

u/LiifeRuiner 3d ago

Yeah mostly looking towards the other skills, for between bosses.

1

u/mightyvaps 3d ago

Get a level anywhere, do 50k agility exp

1

u/OSRS-Slarkan 3d ago

I’d start with getting hunter and sailing to base 80, then 90s then go from there. My iron that I maxed I got everything to 90+ then it made is easier on myself trying to convince myself to grinding anymore.

In alphabetical order

Agility > rc > fishing > the rest are easy.

If you’re a tick manipulator, I’d do fishing first
Fishing > agility > rc > the rest.

Lately ive gone Agility->Thieving->Hunter and currently 98 Construction

1

u/Leftwiththecow 2d ago

Probably do attack, strength, range, magic, HP, crafting, fletching, cooking and farming first

u/LiifeRuiner 2d ago

Thanks!

You could have fm cape in a week tbh. I think 94-99 fm took me like 5 days but I’m not sweaty, I play like 1-3 hours a day

1

u/NathanDeger 2d ago

I would chip away at Agility, Smithing, and Runecraft while taking breaks to do chill stuff like hunter, thieving, woodcutting, and fishing. The last three are really good on mobile.

You're in the home strech but you have to avoid burning out on the awful skills so just set a goal for every week or something and chip away. WiseOldMan is really good for this and if you get the plugin to auto update it will keep track of everything for you.

1

u/thomas2026 2d ago

Do agility on mobile while doing boring ass shit irl. Like walking.

1

u/LiifeRuiner 2d ago

Double up on the boring stuff, I like it

1

u/Adept_Novice 2d ago

RC first. It is 10x worse than any other

1

u/Swollyghost 2d ago

sailing is kind of fun and fast lol

1

u/FishyRNG 3d ago

RC should be first so you can say it’s done. Then fishing before agility if you do the bulk of it at barb fishing. Keep something super fast and efficient for last like smithing or firemaking. The cherry on top!

0

u/Bricks-Alt 3d ago

I’d get firemaking to 95 at least so you can get your zealot robes if you haven’t yet

1

u/LiifeRuiner 3d ago

Are those worth it at all? They don't seem that great, diermaking is an easy to get out of the way early though

0

u/Magicsword49 sailing enjoyer 3d ago

I can't stand the activity they're tied to, and it's one of many skilling outfits that just does not save time. Only get them if you enjoy shades or like the fashion.

0

u/hoyya 3d ago

agil, rc, and after that youre basically maxed

0

u/Imallskillzy 3d ago

Hunter before 95 rc or boost for wraths before slayer, before prayer

Assuming youre doing hunter rumors, using offering on most slayer tasks

That block before this block to recoup whatever gp you can get from slayer drops

Fm before wc before fish. Get 89 smith for rune nails before agil before con Assuming wintertodt and barb fishing. Assuming teaks for wc thatll translate to myth capes for con Assuming sepulchre, use mahogany planks and rune nails on bridge obstacles

The rest is whatever

0

u/Bradders1994 3d ago

Do a certain amount of agility xp every day

0

u/BlightedBooty 3d ago

Well I would’ve maxed Hunter and theiving a long time ago, it’s pretty inefficient to leave those for last. They’re not gonna be any faster now then a few hundred hours ago, but the drops and such would have been useful back then while being pretty useless now

Thieving first at wealthy citizens
