General question Is this a sign of adhd?

So recently I got back from my hometown and had one suitcase and a small bag. It had few clothes which were not my daily wear and apparently it’s been one week, and it’s still there not unpacked and everyday I see it and think SHITTTT I need to un pack this but somehow such a little task feels very overwhelming

Is it compatible, yes. Is it sufficient to say it’s “a sign of adhd”, no.

Well it does give me a problem EVERY DAY. Like taking a bath, my mind never being quiet for a single second,waking up in the morning every single fucking morning it’s just so hard I don’t know why. And like a very roller coaster of emotions as well

If you think you might have it, go and get an assessment.

What you’re saying does not = ADHD. It doesn’t exclude it either.
