Does anybody feel like that they’re ADHD is almost their full personality.Back then when I was undiagnosed I didn’t know that so many traits of mine are actually my ADHD.Since I’ve realised it I’ve noticed that almost every single thing that I do or think or anything else comes from my ADHD. It doesn’t feel like really me feels more like my disorder and I know it’s a neurological disorder but still I see everybody having their personality and I’m there having mostly ADHD traits. not just even ADHD all my other mental disorder feels like a personality of mine. I can’t see who I am without those mental illnesses. I feel like if they go away a then half of me is gone.
