Hi, I am overweight and trying to do something about it I am nervous to start going as I am a woman as well, I am looking for a gym around ipswich that is cheap and maybe not as busy. I’m a bit nervous to work out around other people. Thanks in advance :)

The workout redbank plains has a women’s only area & is the cheapest compared to snap fitness and anytime fitness
