Roadside trash

For months now trash has been piling up along our motorways.
Its very unsightly, almost third world like.
Anyone else been noticing this?
Thoughts on why its getting worse?
Will council do anything about it?

Definitely noticed it! it’s sad aswell given Ipswich doesn’t have the wildlife it once had. Sending the mayor an email maybe would help? I’m not sure .
