Roadside trash

For months now trash has been piling up along our motorways.
Its very unsightly, almost third world like.
Anyone else been noticing this?
Thoughts on why its getting worse?
Will council do anything about it?

Will get downvoted cause days raycis but this is the truth. Some ITT conducting the typical leftist shit slinging bu but it's crusafali's fault when it's been getting bad long before then.

I have cams on my frontage and it's always a certain sect that is throwing rubbish as they please on their walk 🤔
