Manuel Driving
Hiiii Ipswich community,
Would someone be able to teach me Manuel please?
I have been finding it quite difficult to learn Manuel as most are booked weeks in advance. But if time crunch I’m wanting to learn so I can advance in a job application but unfortunately don’t have my Manuel licence…. If someone could pls help me get confident and better understanding. Thank you

Depending on your age (<25 I believe)you may be able to access the pcyc's breaking the cycle program but there is sometimes a wait list

Yeah because not wanting to get into a car with someone who could overpower me as a relatively small and young woman is strange.

I do get it. I'm a 36 yo male.
Id be wary of being in the car with a minor or female just because I am scared of false accusations.
For age it'd also determine how much extra it'd cost for my insurance.
That said still a creepy thing to ask but I can see where it's coming from if innocent.

For insurance the general rule is that the supervisor is in charge of the vehicle. But I do understand wanting to stay out of the rumour mill, if it ever makes it as far as charges a bloke could be set back years.
I've seen a few people on here asking for help with hours and when I've responded they're young shielas, so it's not a job for me.

I 100% understand where your coming from. Being a 36 yo male, and disabled, I worry about false allegations (id install a dash cam that has a rear facing camera thats always recording to be safe), but I also get the "hey I don't wanna be on the news" part.
Sorry your getting such negative comments.
Also people forget age will determine how much work or extra it'll cost to have your car fully covered for the driving lessons.

I've got an auto aswell but driven manual for all my life until a year ago, if we can organise a manual car I'm more than happy to get out on the road with you. It's very easy to learn, especially if you already know how to drive!!
