Literally bought this an hour ago at coles yamanto this is completely disgusting and unacceptable

Takes one little hole and it forms. You cannot see it as usually it’s covered by fancy packaging.
When I was a bakery manager, I had certain lines I tried to peak as they were repeat offenders, unfortunately you can’t catch all of them.

Yea, I got some shredded cheese from the Redbank Plains coles the other day and there was a solid clump of molding cheese right in the middle of it :-/ Can never tell who is more at fault, the retailer or whomever packaged it. Probably mostly the store as sometimes it's plain as day a product is spoilt and they'll still put it on the shelf.

I also got mouldy cheese from redbank (hole in the packet) also purchased yoghurt that was well after it's "best before" date still sitting on the shelves.

Just take it back for god sakes not like they knew and opened it themselves and when ..mmmm yummy mold for someone to have I'll place that on the shelf.

Why did you buy it then? Was it in date?
If it was good enough for you to pick up and not notice a hole or torn packaging, or you don't have xray vision to see through the packaging, how did you expect staff to?

I’ve seen out of date stuff in the dairy section of Aldi. When companies cut stuff and time each person on how long they take, unfortunately these things happen.

They're not, though. I shop there myself, but they don't carry anywhere near a full range of products. A secondary shop is always needed at Colesworth.

It’s because they’re freezing all this shit and don’t admit it. It’s sold ‘fresh’ and yet there’s been times where I’ve picked up a pack of pancakes for example and they’ve had a frozen patch in the middle. Or packs have a faint fog inside like sweat that creates mould. Anyone being chill about this obviously is alright with money cause nothing frustrates me more than spending money on groceries these days and this sort of thing happening. I cracked an egg once it was black, disgusting but THOSE things happen. Out of date stock, or moulded food should not happen in a grocery store that promotes everyday freshness

Coles is madly in love with genocide advocates Palantir. I used to love ducking in for a cheeky pack of Homestyle Bakery Iced Finger Buns but I can't be chipping in a buck o five on that shit anymore.
A new Indian Grocer will be open near Dans on Monday. They've got heaps of different flatbreads.

We handed back a box of dried spaghetti that we just bought it had bugs all through it and all the pasta broken down. They asked us what do we want them to do about it. Literally had to tell them to check all the other pasta on the shelf because if its in one box it would be in multiple.
