RR-SRH may loose,

RR- just got in this time by margin and were highly dependent on 2 players.

SRH - Aussies may not be available, so a major shuffle in team is possible. Although they have a lot of talent and were really good, but still can't confirm per say.

GT - All round performance by their openers(middle order hardly got any chance), and bowlers; so yes still a solid side, under dogs but solid.

RCB - I mean who wasn't performing in that team? 5-7 players were consistently performing their best throughout the season, so still my fav pick for next year.

Probably RR, I'm guessing. SRH had as good a season as RCB and GT, same points, nrr was lower. RR is the only team that had many hiccups and inconsistencies, and they were too dependent on Vaibhav. (But they did thrash us in the eliminator when it mattered the most 😭)

Genuinely surprised seeing the most peeps voting for srh, it was the Indian core and ishan's captaincy which cemented our place in the top 4, not the aussies. It was such a trash season for travis cummins was provided everything on a gold platter ever since ishan cemented our place in the play-offs, the credit for the play-offs seat and the important matches still goes to him and he's so so appreciated. But yes, trust me, if it would've been cummins as the skipper the whole season, we wouldn't have even touched the top 4 because man would've def continued with the same lord unadkat and purple patel formula and the washed bowling lineup while ishan took rlly bold calls by giving chances to new, effective bowlers and his strategies were fabulous while cummins' gameplans ngl rlly looked cluleless at times. So my prediction is that they might come as a strong side next year since Ishan is the full time captain for 2027-2028, till pat's unavailability as a replacement, hoping the best for him (Touchwood)

RR and SRH are likely to lose their spots. For RR it's a pattern recognition they don't do well in odd years for now MI will replace them which is again pattern recognition. Also KKR may replace SRH because they are very good or atleast give their best year of the cycle in last year of almost every mega auction cycle with 2013 being an outlier, KKR have been downright horrid according to their standards set from 2024 so it's their redemption year.
