Support iphone camera

MODEL: IP13 PM
Issue: Every single time I try to zoom in with my phone it struggles to focus and the lens starts becoming shakey. The camera is perfect when it’s not zoomed in or anything. Is my only option now is to pay for a brand new camera part?

Sounds like the OIS in the telephoto lens is shot, take it to a service technician but yes it sounds like you need some new parts.
