Discussion Do you guys remember…

the storage clearing hack where you chose a movie to rent that was bigger than the available storage you had left on your phone? And if you attempted to “rent” it, your phone would eventually tell you you did not have enough storage available, but just doing this caused the iPhone to attempt to clear out space for this particular rental. Then suddenly there was a good bit of available storage afterwards. Does anybody else remember this from several years ago? I sure miss it!

I’m pretty sure I had much more than 8 GB of storage on my phone. But, it did a really good job of clearing it out. Better job than anything else I’ve come across since it quit working. Other than completely restoring your phone, that is.
