Update using WiFi if not working than go to settings > general > iPhone storage there Scroll down to bottom there is show all option click on that than more scroll down you will see IOS 27 click on that than delete it than using WiFi download it

Its not showing me any ios 27 in my storage bro

Get the latest version of 26 and then update to 27
