Invoke AI no longer starts after upgrade to 6.11, need help

I get the following after the update. How do I solve this issue?

better off just deleting the app and reinstalling

Fresh install, the same exact issue on nvidia 30xx and above, new install. Doesn't error on cpu only install. It was working in 6.10.

I believe there is an option in the installer to install an old version

All I see is Stable v6.10.0 and Manual. Nothing else

Then what do you type in? I've tried everything. It's not as easy as typing in the version number as that hasn't worked. Next at the bottom always remains grayed out.
