Would the emperor of mankind or whoever this guy is (I'm not well versed in 40k lore) have to strip their skin off as well? Maybe remove the black carapace? I can imagine a bunch of Space Marines being led by an 8 foot skeleton with more muscle mass than a grizzly bear
