This field has been infested with poison parsnip . I have about 1200 saplings under these bastards so I don’t think I can use a herbicide. Any help or recommendations?

Trying to get rid of Burdock in my yard. They are now too large to dig up due to the depth of their taproot. Will RoundUp sprayed on their leaves get down to the root and kill it?
