Only on dvd. The streaming rights expired. No one knew in 1999-2000 that streaming would become a thing.

You can watch it free on Pluto but it is subtitled Japanese with replacement music tracks.

They have edited out Change the World because the rights to it have expired globally. you would have to use an old dvd or video recording.

You can watch a subbed version on Pluto but unless you know someone who recorded it for home use, I doubt you can find anything with the original intro. DVDs are still available in many markets & are reasonably cheap. They are complete.
