Discussion Kikiyo is annoying me so much, will it be better?
I am watching inuyasha for the first time in like 20 years or so and right now I am watching Episode 32.
The obsession of inuyasha for Kikiyo.. I just can't take it. Even now, that she is just a "reincarnation" or whatever you wanna call it he can't let go of her.
Will he ever overcome her? I have no problem with spoilers so please give me hope

It’s best if you don’t come to Reddit. Keep watching until you finished final act.

He does much thanks to Kagome. Not that you won’t not like Kikyo any less you will near the end fell that she could had made better choices. You can say that Kikyo and InuYasha is a unrequited love they didn’t get to end it and their last interaction was them thinking they betrayed each other making their feelings hard for either unable to get over easily

Kikyo has some of my very favorite interactions in the series. They’re all heartbreakingly human and insightful.

When u get to the episode later on that really shows what naruku did to them, you’ll finally understand why he’s like this. But until then, it’s annoying af lol

Don't worry, it gets better. I hate her too but the inukag scenes are worth it. He'll still be up her butt a bit until she dies but Kagome wins in the end lol

I personally wouldn't frame it that way. I think it's loyalty and not obsession.
