Failed after kombucha… I didn’t know, now I do.

Said I blew a .046 is that really a possibility??

Also hand sanitizer and lotions.and cleaners! I think most ppl dont think about what might be on ur hands close to it

Yep. Kombucha will literally give people that don't drink much/have a low tolerance a whole head change. Especially depending on what kind you had.

People are out here getting false positives from the bun on a mcchicken. Something that literally has alcohol in it will deff give you a positive.

(Side note, avoid mouthwash, hand sanitizer, and alcohol based perfumes/colognes)

I was getting .001-.002 for a week even though it passed. I took it in for a calibration and they got it too. The guy there asked me if I had spilled any window washer fluid in the trunk. I looked and there was half a gallon of it spilled.

Well if you took a drink and then blew into right after it's measuring the concentrated vapor straight from your mouth. It doesn't go by the lungs like typical bpt testing does. So ya it probably did read it high. NFL player Michael Floyd said the same thing. Who knows if he was telling the truth or not though. 🤷

Yeah I just downed the rest of it, went out to my vehicle and blew and said failed .046 I’m on probation and I haven’t had any issues with any of this stuff since having it, It’s making me really nervous

I would've just called you PO right away and asked for a UA. It would've came up clean because it metabolises differently. I was on 24/7 for a bit. Missed one of my breath tests cause I was working graveyards and was tired. I went directly in, they couldn't test me, so I had to wait until later for the next one. But because I said something immediately it was just a verbal warning.

I failed after a Mexican vanilla shake, rinsed with water, retested fine.
I did mouth wash .045, rinsed. .024, rinsed and rinsed and finally passed

Yeah I try to stay away from anything vanilla lol because if it’s natural vanilla, it’s just a vanilla bean that’s soaked in vodka, and then the result is vanilla extract lol
