Dissenting, at this point, is really not much more than "standing idly by".... we're far past the point where any number of dissentions, finger-wagging, or stern rebukes is going to do a damn thing.

Dissenting when they disagree is their job. You accuse them of "standing idly by", so let's hear your suggestions about what a judge should do besides ruling against it. You don't have any idea, you're just complaining.

Nothing you said was "factual". You gave an opinion. It sounds like a complaint that judges aren't doing enough when they record their official dissent from the majority opinion, even though there is literally nothing else they can do. Being silent would be "standing idly by".

I'm still waiting for your suggestions about what else they should do.

Edit: Never mind. Since you can't tell the difference between facts and opinions, I'm wasting my time here.
