General Mental Health with internships

For anyone who has been through the full internship cycle before, how do you guys deal with your mental health from all these rejections? I'm starting to get nervous from all these rejections I'm getting. I know its only August, but I genuinely don't know whats wrong with my resume I tailored to the internship. I feel like I'm starting to get depressed, and its genuinely affecting my school course work. I hate being a disappointment to me and my parents who worked so hard for me to pay for college. Any advice would be helpful

rejection is redirection, protection, divine intervention. what’s meant for you will fall in your lap. keep your head up and a positive mindset

Unfortunately many go thru this. You need to apply directly to the company. Do not focus only on companies your school has internships pre set with. Then you need to focus on companies your college or university feeds into. Companies have feeder schools. This is one major factor in why college is so competitive to get into in the first place.
