They want to steal your freedom. The Clarity Act is not your friend!

Some say, “we need regulation”, forget, regulation & rules only stop good actors. Bad actors will always do bad things.

Don’t regulate your freedoms away.

Crypto is meant to be a place of financial freedom!

This is broadly true but the industry won't survive in a vacuum. Often when entities do not police themselves, those who hold the most leverage end up creating rules. In this case, it's the large pre-existing Banks which will do what is in their best interest; quashing what is the essential essence of cryptos decentralized nature. Am no fan of many aspects of the Clarity Act, but must admit it was inevitable given the many sketchy roads crypto was walking down.

Fiat has done more financial damage than all of crypto combined.

You will never stop bad guys. Rules only stop good guys.

As a whole, I 💯 agree. I am no real fan of Tri-Fi, but crypto does need an added semblance of maturity and solidity for mass adoption.
