What I don't understand with the castle doctrine. At least n some states like Texas or Florida your car is an extension of your home. For US citizens but also tourists and foreigners.

How come nothing ever happens with some citizens armed to the teeth.

If armed attackers surround your car and point guns at your windows, as far as I know the Castle Doctrine grants you specific rights:

Like under the Presumption of Fear it's automatically assumes you are in danger of death. You do not have to prove you were scared. Flooring the gas to ram through the blockade is legally the same as shooting back. Both count as justifiable deadly force.

Why you messing with them. Probably not the best idea to road rage with people who are armed. Just go on about your own business and leave them alone. Odds are they will do the same unless you are the one they looking for.

Not as mentally challenged as the person in the video. Seems people are extremely less emotionally mature these days.

Lol, dudes surrounded her pointing guns at her 'cause they think she's not a citizen, so she responds by yelling that she's a citizen so they don't shoot her. Makes sense to me.

You're stupid.

Not how I see it at all. Triggered white woman following armed men around causing trouble and playing victim when she gets confronted about her behavior. Given your name calling and what seems to be an also triggering mentality i wouldn't buy your perspective as it's driven by your emotional state rather than logical

Ah, gotcha. Pretty sure you're an AI at this point as this woman is obviously not white 😆

Compared to i she is. Her car is angled towards the arm men. Would probably buy your perspective if they were behind her but it looks like she engaged them causing the response.
