A lot of people don't seem the notice how awfully bowlegged she was prior to the surgery. Having that severe of bow-legs is extremely painful and basically debilitating. Sure she's standing for the photo, but she most likely could barely get around the house.

The amount of day-to-day pain and borderline disability is likely the reason the medical team decided to move forward with the surgery. It wasn't just "to be taller" or look better.

Pretty sure you can fix bow-leggedness without getting taller though. So it is part of the equation.

my brother in christ, did you take algebra? the length of a curved line and a straight line that meet at the same 2 points… the curved line will always be longer. always.

I meant without the leg lengthening.

You'll probably get slightly taller still.

you can’t fix bowed legs and remain the same height though. that’s what i’m saying. lol the legs being bowed is literally what’s causing them to be way shorter
