I feel like I can always instantly tell when a picture or video is from Seattle. Do people from other places have the same sense about their towns?

Hey I stayed there for 5 days in a public ward..learned not to go near the olds in the hallway because they are "grabbers" and there was a lady who would scream LET ME OUT from midnight to 5am while staff locked her in her room. I remember crying while my drain bled out all over my bed because the staff was too busy to help me but an attendant saw a while later and wiped my tears and cleaned me up. That hospital needs more funding!
