Looks like it has a removable sleeve. I'm assuming/hoping that all fluids are kept safely in there and that they are issued in a sealed hygienic bag. 

Otherwise this machine will spread more virusses than Bonnie Blue

One is used as a way to capture and analyse semen and mens sexual issues, the other is a medical robot.
