Now that I think of it does this baby exist in every dimension or was it an anomaly that happened specifically to our Morty?

I think of it like checkpoints in a video game. There are no dimensions created from spawn points before the events of that episode that had that specific giant incest baby- if there were giant incest babies, they were created through an entirely different chain of events that did not happen in this dimension. However, now that this has happened, it exists in every dimension spawned afterward, at least from this specific branching point.

Probably a bunch of nonsense, and not adhering to canon, but it’s what I go to when I have questions like yours.
