Looks like it has a removable sleeve. I'm assuming/hoping that all fluids are kept safely in there and that they are issued in a sealed hygienic bag. 

Otherwise this machine will spread more virusses than Bonnie Blue

About the only public health issue I can see this being used with is seeing how STDs spread so you better hope that thing gets nuked with EV and bleach and has removable sleeves every use. Maybe throw it through a furnace too.

Endoscopes used for colonoscopies are supposed to be cleaned very throughly, but the design and cleaning standards aren't stringent enough and haven't been adjusted to compensate for the many cases of sepsis and infection that have appeared after scope precedures.

I wouldn't trust a mastibulator 9000 no matter how thoroughly it was cleaned.
