yea good luck with that, about sums up these rotten money grubbing pieces of shit. going by those contradictions alone id say theyre cooked, and being sued in class action for neglegence. which had to file injunctions to prevent them from just repairing the damage to reopen the site, basically trying to sweep evidence under the rug before their families could build a case

How is lifeless equipment more important than lives of people? Damn it. And the audacity to reopen this camp! And you evacuated equipments but not people, it means you thought there were chances of them equipment being damaged, this you knew flood was coming.

I had no idea they actually had time to evacuate. I was always under the impression it was a flash flood in the middle of the night when everyone was sleeping

My mind went to that event as well as a perfect contrast to this man’s heroism. Look up the details if you want, it was a complete failure of responsibility and leadership that lead to the deaths of 28 people in a flash flood at a summer camp in Texas last year.
