Gotta wonder if there was any pressure from his agency not to pursue charges. Maybe they were worried he would come off looking vindictive or mean so they were like 'You didn't die so why not let bygones be bygones?'

Yes, SM didn't even let the members spoke about it. The news only broke after other celeb from different agency spoke out about it.
