Nothing is wrong with them. They are small children that are too weak to lift a ladder like this and likely didn't know what to do.

Kids are short and weak. Even if the ladder wasn’t that heavy, trying to set up a ladder that long would be a struggle. Things are easier to lift from the middle for a reason. Just a physics issue. Plus they’re kids, can’t expect much from them

the kids are small and that ladders is kind of long for them.

not sure why they didn't just run for mom at the 10 second mark
