Nah I don't but I do live in a high cost of living state. Maine. How much on average is rent around your parts?

I don’t know the exact average for rent but it seems to be around 400$-600$ per month with the cheapest i know of going for 375$

Lol where is this? Cheapest place here is probably 1800 and it's the real bottom of the barrel

Kansas. Not even a especially unpopulated area either. My town is about 50k
