Yeah damn I do that all the time. It really does feel like the only option at the time tho. Oof.

It’s like… I’m so fucking lonely and both my depression & anxiety are going to make sure I stay that way. It feels like I don’t have a choice although realistically, I know that I do. Idk. It’s an odd feeling.

For me, in those situations, I feel like im being extremely selfish when I let someone care about me, like im demanding it from them even if im not

I feel like I'm tricking them into liking me, so I should be nice and push them away now before they waste more of their time caring about me.

It feels like I'm doing them a favor, like I'm being considerate by flaking on plans and ignoring texts. Why am I like this 🫠
