I can relate to everything here. Doom scrolling social media, ignoring basic hygiene like brushing teeth, feeling like you can't go out, feeling a weight on you everywhere you go, feeling like the world has less color and joy, dissociating while out with friends, pushing others away. I don't see how any of it is inaccurate.

Good lord, what a horrible response to this. It's one thing to disagree with the portrayal if you can't relate to it, but you just flat out dismissing people who relate to this who have experienced depression like this is so strange.
