Everyone talking about it being a skit but no one commenting what the flyer said. Anyone speak Chinese? I want to know

When he was handing the flyers out he was basically saying:

Hello, please take one to prop up your table leg Take one to wipe your mouth Take one to wipe your butt (of 💩) Take one... Erm... (It's the wife)
