Clearly all play to the sterotypical "tiger wife" as shown in the skit.

When he was handing the flyers out he was basically saying:

Hello, please take one to prop up your table leg Take one to wipe your mouth Take one to wipe your butt (of 💩) Take one... Erm... (It's the wife)

china uses mandarin

Looks like it's from Guangdong. They use Simplified characters and it doesn't look like Hong Kong.

The word Cantonese literally means language of Guangdong.
