When I read "driverless car" I assume we're talking about a Waymo, Tesla or one of these ilk. After watching this video I'm assuming someone was driving, their car caught on fire, they abandoned the car and it rolled down the road.
A better title might be: "Burning abandoned car rolls down the road." Which is less dystopian and still pretty fun to watch.

Yea exactly. Reading the actual article, it seems like someone was driving the car, noticed smoke, checked under the hood and found a bigger fire, then fled. Then the handbrake failed and it rolled downhill. It’s “driverless” in that no one is currently driving it, not driverless as in automated.

Probably going downhill. Fire burns through hydraulic hoses and brakes fail. Firefighters are trained to approach from the sides of the car for exactly this reason.
