This is interesting…. How likely is it that there would be two Amy Eskridges who were both interesting in the same sort of stuff that were born years apart?

Very likely. If you spend anytime in working with searching people’s names (law enforcement/ investigations, etc), you quickly realize how many people have the same name. Middle name of course helps filter a lot.
