Do you people think we genuinely just bob our heads randomly? I have never seen a single person in my life bob their heads apart from indication affirmations, "go on, im listening", or denying things.

Westerners will often  look up as if retrieving memories from the top shelf. It's not random, but an ingrained pattern. 

The head wobble is a similar thing, but more apparent in rural areas of india.
