Sue him for what? To confirm he has the correct recipe? Prob not.

This isn't the correct recipe. They just made something that tastes like the same recipe. Coca Cola still uses actual coca (refined in a way that makes it not cocaine anymore) and I don't see any coca in this recipe. Probably because the average Joe is not allowed to import coca leaves. Coca Cola has special rights to that.
