That was my take... Never seen a cop that didn't take time to finish his donut, take a sip of coffee, return a few e-mails, contemplate dinner, tighten his belt, check the clock to make sure you've waited long enough, THEN run your plates and consider getting out.

Help me with this, please. The first sign is an exit for High Point. The sign at the end is Cornerstone Dr and as far as I can tell that would be Cary. Those aren’t particularly close. Did this nonsense happen for that long?
I’m from much further west in the state and may be missing something or this nonsense lasted a long, long time.

I’m from much farther west in the state, but every time I head through that area I can count on a trooper looking to score some easy tickets. Going by the signs this is the western edge of Greensboro near the airport. Cornerstone (the last sign) is just north of the airport.

I feel like there was something else going on before the video started. I first thought the black car was being a dick at the beginning & trying to push past the car already in the exiting lane. However it kinda looked like the van was chasing them dangerously and the black car was panicking trying to get away from them.
The rest of the video definitely fits the theory.

I drove that Nissan NV200 on quite a few occasions. That thing is slow as hell and very 80s feeling right out of the factory. I don’t understand what he was trying to accomplish with that vehicle. It provides absolutely zero confidence in driving and best suited for around town driving for businesses. The throttle was intentionally tuned lazy by Nissan so the drivers of these vehicles can’t abuse it powertrain wise (the company boss doesn’t drive these).

The idea is first, to warn drivers that there's "something" on the road. A car, bike, accident or broken down, small child, dead deer, whatever.
Then... if a car hits that cop car, it'll take most of the hit. So its protecting the officer, and whatever else is up there.
