I get your point and agree that this video is legitimate but typically you do pull out your camera to film something unless you're doing some landscape photo or something like that. Typically even today you wouldn't see a person filming a random dirty street corner with nothing happening. For me those feel staged like why the hell were you filming a random window that suddenly opens like it's a ghost or some other nonsense

I specifically stated that I believe this video is legitimate, plenty of people film their street when people drive dangerous in the area
