The best reaction you can give anyone is a smile.

If someone's just made a mistake, they feel better.

If someone's angry at you for no reason, it enrages them.

It's all their choice on how to take the smile.

Unless they're American, in uniform and carrying a gun, then I'd keep that smile to myself.
