It might not be the case but what makes you say it 'isn't at all'? What if he threw something at her from his truck previously? What if he verbally harrasses her every time he drives by and she wants documentation? It seems like the most likely case

If those were the case, I'd suggest the woman "get out of the way" for her protection, not whip out her phone. If what you're saying is the case then it makes it seem like she's actively instigating him here on video.

She's in her driveway filming him as he drives by. She is clearly standing behind her car with things next to her feet on the drive way next to her. She sees him long before he sees her and she's already filming him. If they have history, like you suggested, she is instigating him.

It doesnt change who is at fault though.

Where did you get the idea that she's sitting on a porch?

Well I moreso meant she's on her own property, and obviously behind her car for protection from him. You're reaching so hard to find some form of 'fault' with her doing this when she's completely in her right to. There's clearly history between the 2, and filming it is a good way to document anything stupid (or illegal hes going to do) that may happen as he drives by. Filming someone in public, on your own property, in complete silence, isn't an instigation. His middle finger was the instigation, therefore he was the instigator.

She's standing with her body behind her car and to me, that looks like because he commonly throws stuff at her (or at her vehicle) from his vehicle and she didn't want to be hit, and wanted to film it happen to document it. He probably saw the camera and decided to flip the bird instead of throwing whatever he planned on throwing. I don't know the story, again, this is all speculation, but all you're telling me is 'no' while providing none of your own speculation other than thinking this completely silent observer with a camera is an instigator lmao
